Gynecologic Services

We offer the following personalized gynecology visits in the comfort of your home at a time convenient for you:

Annual exams, problem visits, IUD insertions, Birth Control Counseling, Preconceptual Counseling, STI testing, Hormone Therapy- including Testosterone Pellets

First appointment $300, additional visit for the following year will by $150. 

Labs fees/IUD's/Medications are an additional charge.

Visit includes medical history, physical examination, collection of labs & cultures and education.  You will receive a follow up phone call to discuss all results.  Most visits average 30min to one hour.

We are considered out of network providers with most insurance companies.  All Gyn visits must be paid by credit/debit card at the time of your appointment.   We will provide you a receipt that may be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  All labs can be submitted with insurance information.
