Obstetric Care
Our model of care promotes evidence-based, family-centered care that is often lacking in the hospital setting. We offer prenatal care and birth support in the comfort of your home with the guidance of a Certified Nurse Midwife. Our base fee is $7,500 and includes prenatal visits, home birth, and three post partum appointments. This will also cover labs, first trimester ultrasound and all supplies, as well as newborn care at the time of birth and one additional newborn visit. For comparison, a typical hospital birth costs $15,000 and up. We are excited at the opportunity to support you during your birth experience. We are in network with Cigna and are able to work with Tricare as out of network.
*additional fees include: genetic testing, 2nd and 3rd trimester ultrasounds, additional labs and medications.

Visit prices vary from $200-$300 and we offer a 50% prompt payment discount when paid at the time of service. Labs fees/IUD's/Medications are an additional charge.
Visit includes medical history, physical examination, collection of labs & cultures and education. You will receive a follow up phone call to discuss all results. Most visits average 30min to one hour.
